FAQ

Questions, honestly answered.

If something isn't here, ask us in your application. We would rather have a real conversation than a perfect FAQ.

What exactly is Basecamp?+

A paid, interviewed community for intentional men. Weekly accountability groups, community gatherings, local events, and lifelong friendships. It is not coaching, therapy, a church, a course, or a networking group.

Who is Basecamp for?+

Generally men age 20–40 who want deeper friendships and are trying to live intentionally in areas like family, faith, fitness, purpose, career, service, adventure, and personal growth. We are not looking for perfect men — we are looking for humble, coachable, intentional men willing to invest in others and themselves.

How much does it cost?+

$799 for one year. One annual membership. One circle. A brotherhood that outlasts the season.

Why is there an application and interview?+

Because relationships are the product. Every member is met personally so the culture stays intentional. We would rather stay small and real than grow fast and shallow.

How much time does it take?+

As much as you invest. Most members join a weekly accountability group, attend the weekly all-member gathering, and show up to local events as they can. There is no attendance minimum, but participation is where the friendships form.

Is this a religious community?+

No. Basecamp is not a church. Members bring their own faith, or none. What we share is a commitment to living intentionally and refusing to drift.

Do I need to live in a specific city?+

No. We have deep roots in Utah and are growing thoughtfully. Every member has access to the community, weekly gatherings, and accountability groups regardless of location. Local events happen where members lead them.

What if it isn't a fit?+

We are committed to getting you into the right Band. Your small group is carefully chosen, but you can change it at any time if you need a better fit. If Basecamp still isn't right for you after a year, you can simply choose not to renew.
